We use this information solely for the purpose of including your information in our database and on our mailing list in order to provide you with news items, updates and invitations to upcoming events that may be of interest to you, responding to any specific requests that you have made and otherwise only for our own marketing purposes.

In addition, we rely on the services of third parties in order to make this website available to you. Refund & Return Policy

Online Classes, Student Exchange Programs, Internships, Private Lessons & Expert Affidavits: no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits given unless a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Make-ups are not allowed. In the event of cancellation, refunds are sent in the mail, or credited back to card. Classes are not prorated and participant substitutions are not allowed.

ESL classes, Summer Youth Programs, and Enterprise Camps & Clinics: written request for a transfer, credit, or cancellation must be received in the Customer Service Center no less than one month prior to the first day of camp to qualify for a refund, transfer or credit. Request for transfers, credits or cancellations received prior to one month before the first day of camp are assessed a fee of $50 per participant per week or session. Requests for transfer or credit in cases of illness or injury are considered with a doctor's note and letter requesting the exception. No medical requests will be considered after the first day of camp.

No refunds, credits or transfers are issued for requests received within one month of the start of the class or camp. Camps are not prorated nor session dates individualized, and participant substitutions are not allowed.

Enterprise Institute does not accept returns on any audio lecture or video certification tapes or series. We do not accept returns on written materials unless the item was shrink-wrapped prior to shipping, the item is in resellable condition and the shrink-wrap is still intact upon return to Enterprise Institute. We will not reimburse for shipping charges. Clothing items may be returned for exchange.

All items returned to Enterprise Institute will be on a credit-only basis to be used only toward certification and courses/items offered on Enterprise Institute web site.
